Metallurgical Engineer as a Delegate for the Youth Festival

The young citizen, Amaury Águila Valdés, from the local José Martí Iron and Steel enterprise, was elected recently as a delegate to represent Cuba at the next XVIII Youth Festival to be held in Ecuador in 2013.

Moreover, I will be taking many proposals to that progressive Youth Festival, included the ones about demanding the freedom of our local Five Heroes, as well as demanding the elimination of the US blockade against Cuba.”
The third representative from Havana city to the international youth event will be a spokesman, just like other delegates from Cuba, about the interests of the new Cuban generations.
Regarding this matter, he pointed out: “The Cuban youth is living a good period as it is gradually showing its truth and confident in the nation political leadership, so the Cuban youth could count on us all the time that it could be necessary.”
The certificate-awarding ceremony, which accredit Amaury as a delegate, was attended by the first secretary of the National Committee of the Communist Youth Committee, Yuniasky Crespo Baquero, as the first Secretary of the Party in the Cottoro municipality, Eva Hernández Fernández, as the first Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth Committee in the territory, Zulia Muñoz González, as the director of the José Martí metallurgical enterprise, Arnaldo Vargas Vargas and the other guests from the other local political and mass organizations.
