WASHINGTON, June 8. —According to high-ranking government officials, two federal congress people gave out 15 million dollars for the subversion in Cuba, but they retained 2,6 million for some companies contracted to the government.

Secret funds to support the counterrevolution, to be distributed by the State Department and the US Agency for the International Development (USAID) in the upcoming months, have been used to support the so-called Cuban dissidence.

As part of this program, the Congress has assigned 20 million dollars for the ” Aid for Democracy in Cuba” —-as they euphemistically call it to disguise the subversive character of this budget—-during this fiscal year ending in September , however funds were temporally retained.

A scandal broke out over the management of those 20 millions dollars devoted to the previous year. Obama’s administration spent two months before appointing a new UISAID head, and then, he analyzed the effectiveness of the program, reported Cubadebate.

However, when the US State Department and the USAID had told the Congress they were ready to give the money, democrat and senator for Massachusetts John Kerry and a member the Chamber of Representatives “retained” the money until today in order to get more information about those programs to be financed.
