If tired, go for retirement; but do not become a hindrance, do not become an obstacle, do not stand in the way. There is much to do, and this is a task for revolutionaries. It is not enough to have been a revolutionary yesterday; one needs to be a revolutionary today, and a revolutionary tomorrow.
And not being a hindrance is also a way of being a revolutionary.
Come new leaders, come new generations of men; let the fittest be promoted; let nobody cling to their honors, or their positions, because that is something that has always cost the people dearly. Come new generations better than us, new generations fitter than us, that we will gladly be giving them our vanguard position. But what we shall never do is stop being revolutionaries. We shall never be content with half a revolution, we shall never resign ourselves to the least, but to the most, we shall never stop half way.
We believe we have the right to call ourselves revolutionaries, but we shall not have that right if we stop moving forward.

PAUL JAY, SENIOR EDITOR, TRNN: Welcome back to The Real News Network. I’m Paul Jay in Washington. Now joining us again is Larry Wilkerson, Colin Powell’s former chief of staff, and we’re discussing a possible new change of course in US policy towards Cuba. Thanks for joining us again.
LAWRENCE WILKERSON, FMR. CHIEF OF STAFF TO COLIN POWELL: Thanks for having me.
JAY: One of the outstanding issues has been the Cuban Five. And these are five guys that were essentially, if I understand it correctly, working for the Cuban intelligence network that infiltrated Cuban exile groups in Miami who were planning terrorist activities against Cuba. And anyone that follows this knows there’s quite a history of terrorist attacks on Cuba planned in Florida.
WILKERSON: Posada Carriles. He still lives in Miami, as far as I know.
THE empire and its allies have launched a new crusade in an attempt to demonize Cuba. Its powerful political and media machinery has set in motion a colossal operation of deception with the object of discrediting the revolutionary process, destabilizing the country and provoking the conditions for the destruction of our social system.

Today, June 14, a collateral appeal (also known as habeas corpus) was filed in Miami Federal Court in the name of Hero of the Republic of Cuba Gerardo Hernandez. This is the last legal recourse for him within the U.S. system.

WHEN I was writing one of my previous reflections, as a disaster for humanity was rapidly approaching, my greatest concern was to fulfill the elemental duty of informing our people.
AROUND 239,000 U.S. minors are the potential victims of prostitution networks in the United States. The U.S. Justice Department website has revealed, in a section on child sex trafficking, that the majority of victims are runaway youths or those thrown out of home by their parents, and living on the street.
