To relatives and friends:
With great grief, we have received the sad news about the passing away of Crispin B. Beltran, member of the Philippines-Cuba Friendship Association “Amistad” and representative of the Philippine Congress for the organization ANAKPAWIS.
In his fruitful life the friend Crispin was an irreproachable labor leader, parliamentary and fighter for the unity and national sovereignty. The democracy and solidarity of the international labor class, as well as his opposition against terrorism and the war of United States in Iraq constitute samples of his huge revolutionary work in the Philippines.
The Cubans could also count on such a faithful friend to the solidarity and fraternity among the peoples.
On behalf of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples, receive all Crispin’s relatives and friends our heartfelt condolonces, making them know that we will remember with love the friend Crispin B. Beltran.
Fraternally,
Buenaventura Reyes Acosta Vice-President ICAP
